Trip Transfers

What is the deadline for trip transfers?

Trip transfers must be requested at least 31 days prior to the trip start date. We strive to accommodate all trip transfers to the best of our ability. However, please note that all transfer requests are subject to our discretion.
Are there any fees associated with trip transfers?

Yes, trip transfers will be subject to a fee. The amount depends on when the transfer is requested.
How can I request a trip transfer?

Do Early Bird perks or discounts transfer with trip transfers?

No, Early Bird perks and/or discounts do not transfer with trip transfers regardless of the reason for cancellation.

rooming

How can I find out my room occupancy?

Generally all rooms are quad or triple occupancy. Specific room occupancy is visible at time of booking. When rooming selection becomes available, you will be able to view the room occupancy or select a lower occupancy through your portal.

Cancellations

What am I responsible for regarding my payment plan?

Students are responsible for viewing and understanding their payment plan. The payment plan is shown during the checkout process allowing travelers to review. Please note that once a payment plan or full payment is initiated, we cannot pause or change the payment.
I didn't realize I signed up for monthly payments. What should I do?

Please review your payment plan details prior to completing your booking. All payments are automatically processed according to the payment plan.
How can I address complaints within 15 days?

Is the insurance provided by JusCollege?

No, the insurance is not operated by JusCollege. It is operated by a third party insurance provider.
What is the process for canceling a trip package?

Travelers must cancel with JusCollege first by emailing info@juscollege.com. You will then receive details from JusCollege with information needed to file a claim with the insurance provider. 
When does insurance coverage become active?

Insurance coverage becomes active upon payment in full (PIF).

Safety

Is there a passenger code of conduct?

Yes, travelers will be required to sign a passenger code of conduct upon trip check-in. Failure to adhere to safety guidelines can result in forfeiture of trip.
